Reflective (non backlit) display with built-in industry standard Hitachi HD44780 equivalent driver, easy connection to PIC and other microcontrollers using 4 or 8 bit wide data path. Runs from 5V DC. Display area 64 x 15mm, overall module size 80 x 36mm. Wintek part no. WM-C1601M-1GNN. Please note although these are 1 x 16 displays, they are addressed as 2 x 8, therefore you must issue a line 2 instruction to use the right hand half of the display.
