All our credit/debt card transactions are processed by PayPal, for your security we never see your card details. You do NOT need to be a PayPal user to purchase items from us using a credit/debit card.

Items may be purchased using our shopping cart which will pass the final transaction value including postage to PayPal's secure server for payment using either a credit/debt card or a PayPal balance if you have one.

Items may also be purchased by emailing us an order, we will then send a PayPal payment request to you, again you can pay by credit/debt card and you do NOT have to be a PayPal user.

New items may be returned within 7 days of receipt provided they are in the same condition supplied and not used in any way. Items returned must be properly packed and proof of delivery (i.e. recorded) should be used. The cost of return is the responsibility of the buyer. Only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the postage. An RMA number is required before returning an item, please email us with your RMA number request.

Used items are not normally covered by the 7 day return offer.

Orders are normally posted within 2 working days of receipt, you will be notified if there is any reason this cannot be achived.

We check orders carefully for any errors before processing and we reserve the right not to accept any order we feel contains an error. We will contact you if an error is found.

All our kits are RoHS compliant and could be assembled with lead free or tin lead solder.
